“She did a lot of work in the summer as she has taken a new position in her department. She works hard with her students and has always been helpful and understanding with them. She graduated from Newberry High and is now her making a difference with her students. She is friendly and always willing to lend a listening ear. Thank you! Ms. Jones is doing a phenomenal job as one of our new SpEd teachers. We are so proud of her!”

Congratulations to Rickey Sligh, NHS Support Staff Employee of the Month!
“Mr. Sligh has been doing a phenomenal job with assisting with class coverages, and never complains. Mr. Sligh has started the year off with a bang. He is always making sure students are in their respective classes, making sure "student traffic" in the hallways is not at a standstill, and is always present with a smile and greeting. His rapport with the student doesn't go unnoticed either. He does not complain about nothing. You give him and task and get it done. He is very responsible.”
