Mid-Carolina High School

Congratulations to  eight MCHS  band students on their placement in the SC Band Directors Association Region 6 Honor Band. These students auditioned against hundreds of our region's top musicians to be placed in the ensemble.   They are as follows:

Kendellin Haltiwanger- 19^th Chair Senior Clarinet
Katy Mae Crooks- 3^rd Chair Senior Alto Saxophone
Noah Davenport- 4^th Alternate Senior Trumpet
Jose Sosa- 8^th Chair Senior Tuba
Wesley Fowler- 2^nd Chair Clinic Contrabass Clarinet
Sarah Hicks- 3^rd Chair Clinic Alto Saxophone
Jacob Lindler- 16^th Chair Clinic Trumpet
Joshua Medvec- 2^nd Alternate Clinic Tuba 

These students will participate in a clinic and performance on February 17^th and 18^th at Spartanburg High School.
