More information is attached, but here are a few highlights:
- Comcast/Xfinity is now opening up all WiFi hotspots that will be available to anyone who needs them for free.
- The Comcast/Xfinity Internet Essentials Program will be free to new customers. This program, which is normally available to qualified low-income households for $9.95/month, will now be offered for free to those qualifying households for 60 days.
- Comcast/Xfinity will be working with all customers to ensure there are no disconnects or late fees by offering flexible payment options.
